Mosaic management meets monthly on site with each of its community managers.
Mosaic Broadband offers a triple-play package of digital and broadband services to each of its communities. These services are supported by our industry-leading customer care program, with metrics that rise above all other operators. This includes same and next-day installations, 24/7 customer care access, 24/7 help desk support services and every day site visits to each community.
Mosaic also provides each of its communities with a top-notch individualized marketing plan, and incorporates the office staff into its program (sponsoring social events, community efforts, and special amenities for the leasing office, common areas, and model apartments). We support each of our communities with account representatives who are MDU specialists. We also manage all of our own construction and system maintenance.
